Van Opdorp Transport Group has two fully equipped vacuum bulk trailers for collecting innocuous food, non-food and feed products, such as pellets, powders and granules. 

Vacuum transport is used is case of calamities or contaminations. Some examples are:

• Emptying silos or containers after contamination or incorrect unloading;
• Emptying one or more silos or containers when a product does not meet specifications or requirements;
• Vacuuming bulk trailers that are unable to unload independently, for example due to an accident;
• Vacuuming spilt powders, granules and pellets;
• Alleviating overloaded bulk trailers.

Feed en Non-Food vacuum transport

Our bulk trucks are suitable for the collection of innocuous dry feed, non-food and chemicals such as:

• Plastic granules/pellets
• PVC granules/pellets/powders
• Phosphates (mono calcium phosphate)
• Cereals
• Amino acids (lysine, threonine, methionine and choline chloride)
• Starch
• Gluten
• Salt

Food vacuum transport

It is also possible to vacuum dry food products. However, after vacuuming, these food products can no longer be used or sold as food products. It is not possible to vacuum liquid food products.

Unloading vacuumed bulkgoods

Your vacuumed bulk goods can be transferred to a bulk trailer, container, or silo, but they can also be stored on site at Van Opdorp Transport Group. We also offer the possibility of repackaging your food, non-food and feed products for further transport.

Tankcleaning after contamination

In the event of a contamination, you can rely on us for both vacuuming and cleaning your bulk trailer. Van Opdorp Transport Group has an ultramodern tank cleaning facility in Sas van Gent. We offer you a total solution, so you can quickly be on your way again.
